“BD Stonehenge” opentype display font free for the next 3 days (May 2nd – 4th) Grab it!

Since 1995, Büro Destruct is releasing their display and logotype fonts under the label «Typedifferent». The typefaces are categorized in the years of their creation. Over the last 15 years BD made available more than 120 fonts from which about half of them are free. While updateing the site to make the fonts visible on devices running iOS, we added some of our thoughts about Typography:

Once a year we give away a handful of experimental BD Typedifferent fonts for free.
Here they are: «BD Pipe» (2006), «BD Halfpipe» (2007), «BD Solaris» (1998) which is a remix of Cyclone Graphics «Solar 2000» font, and «BD Relaunch» (2000).

Buro Destruct’s own typefoundry “Typedifferent” just released 5 new fonts: BD Plankton (free), BD Baldrian (free), BD Las Palmas, BD Unicorse and BD Stella (free). Grab them before they are sold out.

The Pepin Press released the Volume 2 of the Free Font Index Book compiled by Hans Lijklema. Following Type Designers are featured along with a selection of their free fonts on the included CD Rom: DBXL, Fenotype, Fontfabric, Holland Fonts, HVD Fonts, Kingthings. The League of Moveable Type, Paragraph, Peter Wiegel, Pizzadude.dk, Ray Meadows Designs, Tension Type, Typedifferent, Typodermic Fonts, WC Fonts and many others.
